Scented Playdough

3 cups flour
½ cup salt
1 Tbsp. alum (found in spices section of grocery store)
2 cups water
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 package unsweetened Kool-Aid

Combine flour, salt, alum, and Kool-Aid in a glass or metal bowl. Pour the hot water and oil into the bowl and mix. When cool enough to handle, knead the dough until it reaches the desired consistency, adding flour if necessary. Store in a plastic bag.

Alum and unsweetened Kool-Aid can be hard to find a some grocery stores, but it's typically available at Walmart.
